Spent Christmas at a resort out of town. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. One of the best aspects was the location right next to a clean beach, and the umbrellas and chairs were available for guests. The swimming pool was huge and very clean. They offered shuttle service back and forth for a reasonable price, which was very handy when we needed to go into the city.
Some things could have been better. The resort is located far out of town with no restaurants nearby so you have to plan to eat at the hotel or take the shuttle into the city.

The hotel lacked atmosphere and entertainment. the staff had difficulty understanding English, and communication was a little challenging.

We loved the beautiful pool and private beach at this resort. the spacious rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff provided friendly service. the resort is located near a stunning cave that's worth exploring and there are plenty of sun loungers by the pool.

This hotel truly is luxurious. From the moment I arrived, the exclusive amenities took my breath away. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, offering a wide variety of treatments such as body wraps, massages and facials. the outdoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, along with the sun terrace and sun loungers, provided the perfect relaxation spot.
There was only one minor issue. Although the service was excellent, the dining options at the restaurant were limited.

We loved the beautiful gardens and the fantastic pool area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of fresh food choices. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
